Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ossma.com and any project undertaken with Ossma (“we”, “us”, “our”), a web design studio based in Kosovo. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of this website

The content on this site — including text, images, and code — is provided for general information and is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

2. Client engagements

Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and price for any paid engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, statement of work, or contract signed by both parties. Where the terms of that document conflict with this page, the signed document takes precedence.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed on the schedule set out in the proposal (typically a deposit before work begins, with remaining instalments tied to milestones or delivery). Work may pause if payment is overdue. Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the proposal and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions and changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, set out in the proposal. Requests beyond that scope, or changes to the agreed brief once work has started, may be quoted separately and billed as additional work.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Fees for work already completed, and any non-refundable deposit, remain payable. Cancellation terms specific to a project are set out in its proposal or contract where they differ from this default.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, libraries) which remain subject to their own licences. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat business information, briefs, and materials shared during a project as confidential, and will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the project or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

8. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but make no guarantee of specific business outcomes (such as traffic, conversions, or rankings). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. For clients based in the EU or UK, nothing in these terms removes any statutory consumer or data protection rights you are entitled to under the law of your own country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

11. Contact
